Playtest Nov 1 - AI & Other improvements.

Play tests happen every Sunday at 24:00 UTC at I have implemented new AI avoidance stuff this week. As well as optimized some run time logic around 2d vector allocation. This play test I urge you to try out AI and the commands it has now.

AI Rule: Avoid Missiles, here you can see that all missiles will collide with the target. I decided to stop using Potential Damage Field for projectiles. And use it for more strategical system, that tell what you the damage potential actually is.

AI Rule: Avoid DPF Areas, here you can see that fighter has danger are on the right, so it should turn left.
