Playtest Oct 11 - Phase Bombs

Play tests happen every Sunday at 24:00 UTC at http://www.istrolid.com/ Today we added phase bombs, in order to provide yet another way to destroy large heavy armored ships, without being a heavy armored ship yourself. Todays play test will be around seeing how they work and what can be improved about them.
